Right Size Funding Repo car one day prior to agreed arrangement to pay arrears Las Vegas Nevada

I had made prior arrangements to come into the office to pay my arrears of $439 on 03/18/16.  On the night of 03/17/16 while I was at my job the company hired repo men to come to my job and pick up the vehicle.  I have correspondence with Kimberly Vasquez.  When I called the office they transeferd me to a guy maybe a Lamonte? He said it was an insurance issue as well.  My problem is that I had an arrangement to get all straightened out on 03/18/16.  Now I have $525 in repo fees.  Who makes an arrangement and less than 24 hours prior to me coming in to hold up my end hires someone a day prior.
