Rightway Car Dealership Basically I bought a car from rightway with check stubs verifying my employment and rightway came and repoed the car claiming that they couldn't verify my employment whithin a 30 day grace period Internet

rightway car dealership repoed my car whithin 30 days claiming they couldn't verify my employment in which i showed check stubs. i given them a 470 dollar down payment and now they are denying my down payment. the reason for them denying my down payment is they are stating i only gave up 100 dollars but the paper work simply says that i gave them 470 dollars.

so i'm running around with the pain and distress trying to get my money back which rightway is denying. they have false information on that paperwork. also, they took the money from me and added that toward car instead of subtracting from the car so basically stating they were fronting me my own money. on the phone they stated that i sound like a fool, also stupid but i jus want my money back that i work hard for everyday.i really dont have the money for lawyer fees so basically if anyone could help me with this problem i would greatly appreciate it. they ripped me off so i advise anyone stay away from rightway car dealership so you won't have to suffer like i just did. they never gave me chance to pay the car note, also the finance company had nothing to do with this illegal issue, because the finance company never recieved my documents. they also did not informed the police station when they repoed the car so when i came home i thought the car was stolen but now they are trying to get me to sign a promisery note stating i will not sue with an 100 dollar return and i refuse to sign wouldn't you.
