Ring Central Did not answer when I tried to cancel months ago. Cancelled today and employee made it very difficult. San Mateo California

 I tried to cancel this account about 3 months ago.  I called cancellation line and was greeted by music for almost 1/2 hour.  I made a few other efforts including leaving a detailed message to return my call.  I never heard back and check my monthly statement over the past 2 months and was still billed.  I finally cancelled today and the employee made it very difficult by trying to offer me incentives and ways that I would keep the service.  She did not seem to listen to the fact that I just wanted to cancel my service.  I mentioned trying to cancel before and she just kept trying to keep my business.  She finally cancelled my account.  I feel that I should have at least received a credit, however, there is no way to prove that I tried to cancel in the past.  I will never use ring central again nor refer anyone to this service.
