RingCentral Extreme Fax BEWARE - They will AUTOMATICALLY charge your credit card every year without your permission! Internet

They charge annually for their services and AUTOMATICALLY renew your services with out any notice or your permission! After calling the EXACT same day as they charged my credit card, I called to tell them I DID NOT want to renew for another year so the person I spoke to said they cancelled my account and refunded my money back to my card, BUT after 15 days of NO REFUND, I had to call my Visa Card and dispute the charges!  Very poor business practices... Pretty sad to because I would have used them again later on down the road when I needed Fax Services but they will be THE LAST company I would call!
