ringtraining.com One year warranty is not honored as of today. San Diego California

I purchased a set of wood gymnastics fitness rings from ringtraining.com in May 2013. In August 2013 one of the rings cracked. These rings have a one year warranty. At the request of the company, I sent a photo of the damaged ring to Tyler at customer service who agreed that the ring needed to be replaced, and was eligible for a free replacement. At no time did anyone ask me to pay a shipping charge, and no one mentioned any additional costs for the ring exchange, as it was under warranty. 

The replacement ring was never sent. After many emails requesting a further update on the replacement I was not contacted, not even once. A fitness industry colleague however had no problem emailing Tyler from this company regarding the quality of their wood fitness rings during the times I could not get a response from ringtraining.com. Cusomer service at ringtraining.com was not aware that this information would get back to me through my industry friend.

It is now December 2013 and I have not only sent multiple emails to ringtraining.com, but called their customer service number without response or resolve to this issue. My report is based on the quality of customer service I have received from this company, and how I feel about their customer service. I don't think it's proffessional to promise an exchange, and not provide it within a reasonable timeframe. I feel it is also very uncool to selectively answer emails that are addressed to the same customer service person, and to be ignored, while someone else gets a response.
