B usiness Alliance, Inc. approached Rip-Off Report last month with the express purpose of resolving consumer concerns posted on Rip-off Report. Business Alliance noticed that some of the reports on the Rip-off Report website were from people who had not made contact with their customer support department. Business Alliance has and continues to maintain an in-house customer support team that handles ongoing Affiliate inquiries and requests regarding services. After a recent mailing to everyone who filed a Rip-off Report, it became apparent that Business Alliance is sincere in their commitment to remedy any and all customer concerns and/or misconceptions.
