Cumberland, MarylandI just recently receive a charge on my credit card for $9.95 and when researching the charge I found that KCSOFTLLC was responsible. So when I was filling out their form to report an unauthorized charge I found that they had a bogus security certificate provided by the bogus devbill hosting company. Now I found this website and am reporting them so hopefull this won't happen to anyone else in the future. I have no idea how they retrieved my credit card information, but one common link I have seen with devbill is paypal. I hope that paypal is not the leak because it is a highly dependable website.
