Tommy the salesman was promoting a king size bed on a clearence sell; however, the mattress they were offering on clearence was one of these one side firmer than the other side--something I've never heard of. My wife and I both laid on the bed and had no idea nor were we ever told that this bed was dual purpose. We haven't shopped for a new mattress in 10 years and mattresses are just something I don't keep up on.

At the store, my side, the softer side, felt good to me and my wives side felt decent to her. After delivery, the first night on the bed I was extremely uncomfortable and I said to my wife this mattress sure feels a lot harder than it did in the store--I wonder if they deliverd the correct mattress, and my wife said that the mattress felt fine to her (because she had the soft side). After three nights not being able to sleep on the hard rock of a mattress, we called Mattress Giant and this is when we learned about the dual purpose mattress--shame on us!! I really had no idea.

We flipped the mattress and now my wife feels and sleeps as I did for three nights.

They sold the bed to us under false pretenses with no mention at all of this dual purpose stuff. This is clearly a bed for retired people. I would have never bought this bed under these conditions.

They will not even consider store credit because all sales are final when sold on clearence. I might as well have bought the mattress on the black market from a bunch of thugs. This is clearly the mind set of your typical drug dealer on the corner--telling you one thing and selling you something different

Mattress Giant does not care about their customers and I will do everything I can, with in the law, to cost them 10 times the amount they cost me.
