arlington, TexasSST aka system and services technology (which I think is an assumed name for UAC)is the worst company I have ever dealt with. At 8:05 in the morning on the 12th of the month I received a phone call from SST. They informed me my payment was 5 days late. Of course I said 'so what' I had already mailed the payment. Can you believe they said they were going to repossess the vehicle???
We have been paying on this car for 4 years. We only financed 12k- we still owe over 8500. You might as not even try to get a payoff amount from them- it changes drastically on a daily basis. They also do not post payments the day the receive them and I have actually been charged late fees and finance charges for 12 days after the check had cleared the bank.
They will not mail records when requested and they do not take notes when they call- I had the same person call me within ten minutes of the 1st call I told him I just talked to you, he responded well its not in my notes.-They conveniently lose important paperwork.. like the original loan document..
Buyers Beware- this company will take you for all youve got even if you have good credit!!!

I have also been a customer of SST for to many years. Everything you say in your report is 100% accurate. They do not post checks to your account the day they clear they bank. They hold the check until several days after in which they can charge late fees, or daily interest. SST also DOES not EVER send out anything you request. I have requested a print out of all payments made to my account for the last 5 years. I have made this request 17 times and have yet to see anything from this company. They offer a website - www.accountinfo.com which has completely incorrect information on it about your account, and the website also does not post payments for several days after check has been cleared.
This company also calls if a payment is 2 days late AFTER the check has already cleared the bank. They also threaten repo if payments are over 5 days past due. They also harass the borrower by calling several times a day at several locations including work (after they have been notifed several times both veribally and written) not to call work numbers.
Thanks GOD I have saved my money and paid off this loan is full because I coulden't handle doing business with them anymore.

just want everyone to know that we still have a loan with SST and they still call even after the check has cleared the bank. On our $12000 from the year 2000. According to them we still have 2600 to go. I have searched rip off report and found a whole lot of people very upset by UAC/SST ( which I believe are the same company)
We finally put our payment on auto pay and guess what - they still call threatening to repo and wanting our payment.
I was the first ( I think) to complain about this company and I feel terrible that others have had to go through what we have.
To anyone that reads this if you have a loan with this company refinance and get out now to save yourself a world of headache.

I worked for SST for 4 years and I can tell you that we never insisted on repo unless accounts get to 61 days. We started calling at 5 days so late charges do not pile up on the account. What seems to be not understood is the interest.
It depends greatly on what kind of loan you have on how ofter the amount changes. Maybe beofre you guys starting bashing the company then you need to sit back and ask urselves was I late? Well if you were then no wonder you paid more interest than what was expected. You pay more interest when ur late on payments then when ontime every month.
I really enjoyed working at SST, I am not saying that because I worked there, I say that because we treat everyone of the customers fairly and never took more money than what is expected. Whenever people call we send out anything they want without any questions. Payments are posted the day they are submitted as long as they are by a certain time. Just like at a bank if u are there before 2 then its on same business day. Well at SST if u pay by if I remeber right 7pm cst then they are psoted the same day.
