berry creek, CaliforniaBack in November, we ordered a copy of our credit report via web site. They took our credit card number and charged our card for the report. It never came. Now try and contact them. I have at least 8 toll free numbers and 972-390-3000 which is the same as the toll free numbers. There is no way to email them, call them and talk to a live body. It appears they sent it to the wrong address!
