Tinley Park, IllinoisIn December, 2005, I ordered tickets through Ticketmaster. Since then, a $7.00 credit has appeared monthly from Entertrainment Rewards. The crediting date coincided with the rewards program at my bank, and I believed that the withdrawal was in conjuction with that. I was wrong. When I contacted my bank about the credit, I was supplied with the phone number for Entertainment Rewards.
I immediately cancelled and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was force spoon-fed the same tripe as everyone else; they basically thumbed their noses at me. I am hopeful that a class-action suit will come about and spank them soundly (in jail. I will never again use Ticketmaster.com
