benton, 1llinoisabout 5 years ago i bought some shingles to re roof my house the brand is IKO they looked great till a year ago they stated to
curl up on the tab ends and wow making my roof look very bad my house is worth at least 100,000 dollars so as you can see im very unhappy
i wrote to IKO asking them to send out a rep to look at my prob they sent me a letter asking me to remove two shingles and take pictures of the roof and mail them to them
and i did as they asked
about a month later i got a letter telling me there shingles met all the test requirments and nothing was wrong with them
wow pissed i was so i called them demanding a rep again to come look the damage over on the roof and the told me they have no field reps wow now here im stuck with the bad looking roof and there 1,800 dollars richer not counting all the ppl that have the same prob so im asking that no bodt that needs new roofing on there house use the IKO brand
