Des Moines, Ia.WAS SCAMMED BY EMILY BEVERAGE & VENDING INTO BUYING A SO CALL TURN KEY BUSINESS. SALE WAS FINALIZED 1/18/00 AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND RECEIPTS FROM SALES WAS TO COMMENCE APPROXIMATELY 2/21/00.
AS OF 3/23/00 EMILY BEVERAGE & VENDING STILL HAD DELIVERED NOTHING EXCEPT ADDITIONAL LIES AND BULLSHIT. REQUESTED TOTAL REFUND AND EMILY BEVERAGE & VENDING AGREED REFUND WOULD BE COMING. I ALLOWED THE COMPANY TWO ADDITIONAL WEEKS TO MAKE MY REFUND AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE COMPANY WAS DEFUNCT. 'NOT'
I QUIT MY JOB AND DECLINED SEVERAL JOB OFFERS SO THAT I COULD DEVOTE 100% TO MY NEW SO CALLED BUSINESS ADVENTURE. I INVESTED MY RETIREMENT SAVINGS TO PURSUE THIS GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY.
AS OF 4/6/00 I STILL HAVE NO JOB AND NO BUSINESS AND NO RETIREMENT MONEY LEFT, THANKS TO EMILY BEVERAGE & VENDING.
I NEED HELP GETTING MY MONEY BACK. 'PLEASE HELP ME GET MY MONEY BACK'
UPDATE: 4-11-00 Emily still doing business. New owner contacted us offering to deliver machines, a refund of my money completely out of the question, take it or leave it. period.
