chino hills, CaliforniaClassic rip-off and I should have seen it. They collect payment from you via check by phone and tell you that it takes 15 day to complete the investigation. After that time you can not stop payment on your check.
US Record Search and Fred Joseph never do any investigation. They just take your money. After multiple calls I was able to reach Fred Joseph. he lied about the report being held up because of accounting. He insulted me and cursed at me.
I have spoked with the State of Florida, Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licences. they handle licensing for private investigators in Florida. This company is not licensed. The state currently has 4 investigations running on this guy, but they have yet to take any action. If you have been ripped off by this guy, please file a complaint with Fred Speaker of the State of Florida. He is located in W. Palm Beach FL. His phone number is 561-640-6144 and his fax number is 561-640-6149 CALL HIM - Lets force the State of Florida to punish this guy
