i was hired in dec 06 as a business development specialist. i have over 12 years sales experience and very good at what i do. i was hired and was told i would receive a salary of 460.oo a week and 10 % commision on all business that i generated. i had to pay for my own gas, laptop, cell phone etc..know me being over 4o really couldnt live on that kind of money but i had to look at the whole picture so i took the job. we were selling a system that was never up and runing. Everyweek we were told it was going to be effective. But next week never came. HeRe i am in my mid 40's 2 children and promised abetter financial future.i was told i would make over 20,000 a month. i immediately WENT OUT MY FIRST 2 WEEKS AND LANDED A HUGE ACOUNT WITH A CONDO CONVERSION.THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY CAME AND AND BrOUGHT OVER 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS OF LOANS. My manager flipped in his seat and said wow how did you do that.
wellthe answer is im good at what i do. then as the days followed i was treated poorely. Was humilated in every sales meeting with bernie mcduffee. i was called stupid and i was told that i give the worst presentations he has ever seen.

what was his reasons i do not know. i was never given anything in writing when i was hired. we all asked him to do that but he never did it. 3 months later came and everyday seem to get worse and worse.all my loans were ready t close over 30,ooo gross which i would get 10%. mytooh became infected and i was hanging on a tread because here it has been 3 months which most of my money went to child support.i went to work everday and know have to take off one day to get mytooth pulled. no insurance.the following day i brought bernie mcduffee a note in . about 11:30 i was told to come into his office. i asked him if i coud get adraw toward my commisions. i was told we do not give draws. i was then told i have bad news i am reassigning all your accounts to the younger business rep because your 42 and hes much younger and i feel he'd be a better fit.i was very upset but what can i do. i told him that i dont feel thats proper. iworked hard to get those accounts. my accounts are the only real business coming in. i was then called stupid and also he used profanity. i could not understand why he was acting like this. then he started typing something on his computer.i was then told i was being fired. he then brought someone in the office after all that and told him to sit at the table.i then became silent. he read all these words that i could not understand college words. he then asked me to sign it. i got up and said i got nothing to say. who is your attorney so my attorney can call you to discuss this. he said nothin i left. i finally figured it out iwas used to bring in the business and then disposed of after it started coming in.

what kind of person does this. Its a rotten world when business people like this do something so cruel. Know im jobless and very untrusting.and broke on top of it.
