plain and simple. I call Comcast cable on a tuesday. I am moving, need cable turned off and box picked up. Girl on phone is retarded. Tells me to be home Saturday b/t 11:00 and 2:00. I am there. I call them at 12:00 because my cable is still on and the retard told me it would be shut off 'effective immediatly' and it worried me a bit that I would be billed after the fact.

They said specifically 'you will not be billed for service after tuesday.' I wait until 3:45.....nobody. Yes I have waisted my day when I need to move, to wait for nobody. Me, being a nice person, I don't complain when there is hair in my food. Tell me repeatedly that somone will be there, and they never come, you suck, plain and simple.

I really am sorry that the tards at your company inconvience your customers because they can't follow through with what they say. They sure as hell get the bill to my house on time. But not the dude to pick up a friggen box. I called back, preceded to hold for 10 min. guy came back and said he's trying to reach the guy to come out there. Hold another ten minutes he's tell me nobody told someone to come out there. I told him what I felt at that momment, then said 'I'm sorry, I know it's not your fault'.

Because I knew it was not him that didn't do whatever it is the tard gets paid to do, that makes someone come to my house b/t 11:00 and 2:00. Bottom line, this is not the first issue, or lie, rather, that I have dealt with with this sorry company. I am a good customer. They do not care. Problem being, they are the only friggen cable company in town. They are big, corporate, and evil, and do not have the ability to keep there word to everyone in this city. When I pay you X amount of money every month for internet and cable, you should comply with my needs. That is you job ins't it? I'll see you when I come to your office to drop this box off my damn self.
