this is what happend to me:
i came in to buy a bunk bed for my daughter, i found one that was marked down due to it being discontinued. great i asked if they had one in stock and if i could pick it up either today or tomorrow, the nice sales person did go and check and he came back and said it was in stock. i paid for it and went home to get a pick up truck. before i went back i called to dubble check that it was ok to came back and get it today? the lady on the phone said ok.

needless to say after taking my daughters bed apart carried it to the front lawn, so that i could take it to the thrift store after i got the new bed put up. it was no bed. management came and said no bed in stock we will receive them in on the 27th of this month about two and a half week later.

i am now a little upset all they could do for me was to offer a free delivery, not sell me the display not giving me a discount. i decided that since i did like the bed i would go home deal with putting the bed together then decide. i gave in, ok i will wait.

now on the 24th i called back to see if the bed might of gotten their earlier instead i found out no bed until the 27th of april.. still no compensation and now the bed is on retail at a much higher price and not discontinued anymore.
