coalmont, Indianawe are being charge 20.55 a month for voicemail in which we dont have. i have called them before and they assured me they would cancel, but never did. The promotion was we'd recieve a free pager and voicemail. We never got the pager but this is still on our phone bill. i called today aug 27. to have it removed and all they played was a recording then hung up. hope you can elp thank you

Former OAN Company
OAN Services, Inc. was purchased by ACI Billing, a division of Avery COmmunications in August 2001, and company name was changed to ACI Billing. Charges and other business are still billed/invoiced under the OAN name by some carriers.

If the OAN charges are on your phone bill, file a complaint with your telephone company, and contest the charges and refuse to pay that portion of your bill each month.
Create/Provide a paper trail (i.e. fax, e-mail, letter, etc.), to prove you have attempted to cancel/correct the charges.
