niles, ohI had a contract for one year and was satisfied until I tried to cancell and was told that I could not cancell as I had entered into another years contract when I accepted a credit on my account from an Altell rep.
When year was ended I again called to cancell as I didnt want and never used the phones but was told I could not cancell as my wife was the account holder.
Bottom line is i paid this company $296 for a service i didnt want and didnt use because i was lied to. If I couldnt cancell the account I certainly could not have entered into another years contract.
