Charlotte, North CarolinaRichard is quite a gem. He's my wives ex-husband. While they were married he took out numerous credit cards in her name and ran up the credit without paying. Made her cash in her 401K plan for a boat. Guess who got stuck with the payments? The Jeep he conned her into co-signing for was left at the dealership with over $10,000 in damages.
World Omni - the creditor is coming after us, because Rick skipped town (Charlotte, NC) and doesn't answer his cell phone (704-609-0802) or return calls. His PARENTS when contacted by creditors deny even knowing him. He hasn't paid a dime from the seperation agreement signed over two years ago. Our lawyer were stunned by his neglectand called it the worst they've ever seen. Basically he left and ran home to Mommy. Women, beware of his charm and BS. And make sure he pays for dinner...

I worked with Rick at Wachovia and he often bragged about screwing over his ex-wife. Left her with literally thousands of dollars of debt. He lived with me for a couple of months and the creditors started calling. Last I knew he was in Alabama with his Mom and Step-dad but it doesn't suprise me he moved to Newport News to be closer to his dad Red and sail. He's really a good guy, immature but a good guy.
