waterford, NYI recently had an accident which was not my fault, that totalled my car and left me injured, Liberty mutual has done nothing but lie ,decieve me and flat out refused to pay for parts of my claim and they are my insurance company, they are very sneaky and rude even to my lawyer, you have to keep right on top of them.
I was even told by one of the representatives that my claims agent has personal problems I don't need to know about. I called the supervisor and told her, alot of good thats done me. I definitely switching companies, maybe I;ll even go to the company im suing thet seem to do a better job!
