I received, via email, a notice saying I won $2.5 million in a International Lottery. I responded by email and asked for creditals to be sent back to me. They continued to commuincate via email and even made contact by phone after sending me a payment processing form that i was to fill out and fax back to them. I did, in fact, fill out the form and faxed it back to them without the banking information they requested.

I just got back from doing the fax and my phone rang. It was Dr Davis Michael and he wanted my banking information. I told him I selected to be paid by certified bank cheque so they did not need my information. Well, all of a sudden, I had to deposit $600 American dollars into their account and they would fax me the banking information. I told them to go ahead. I will check it out with the bank when I get it, but I am sure that it won't check out with any lottery, local or international.

I will attach to my report copies of the emails and a copy of the payment processing form from the 'Union Security Company' , as well as the account information that they are to fax me in case it is ever needed for any legal ramifications against these jerks.

They even go so far as to send the reference #, Batch #, Zonal draw #, and the Grand draw #, as well as the Draw Serial #.

It also states 'you are seriously advised to keep all winning lottery information and numbers from the public in line with our company security protocol to avoid double claiming and unwarranted abuse of this program by unscrupulous individuals.
