Rita Cherry is an UNETHICAL DECEPTIVE attorney. I trusted her to fight for my uneployement case and she did not request the information that I asked for and I lost. I paid her $400 upfront money order and once she got the money she did not prepare for my case. This was a lesson learned for me.
You do not necessarily need an attorney to fight your unemployment case, you can have the unemployment labor office request the info on your behalf.
Rita Chery is an UNETHICAL, DECEPTIVE attorney that TALKS as if she will represent you VERY WELL but once she gets your money you will clearly see how POOR her knowledge is about the law. She went to a law school that is underrated and accepts people that can't get into a REPUTABLE school. Again lesson learn. Rita Cherry is a WOLF in SHEETS clothing. Please don't use her for anything not even to walk your dog!
