I purchased a DSLR camera from Ritz Camera at a store in a local mall in June 2012. I purchased the Frequent Foto Image Rewards Package along with that.

I am being charged $19.99 per month as an automatic withdraw from my checking account. The store has since closed in my area and there are no stores in Pennsylvania.

I have tried to contact the company for the past 3 weeks and cannot get through to customer service. I feel that my account should be cancelled and should no longer be charged for a service that I am unable to use.

I too have this program, and I received an email saying that since they closed many stores, they were waiving the early termination fee, and I can cancel if I so choose. You should be able to do the same.
