Ritz Hotel Interview was a Waste of Time! Warning to others!! ripoff Atlanta Georgia

Just a warning to all who decides to try to work at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Downtown Atlanta that if you pass the first interview with Human Resources and you're told about a second interview, don't expect it to be with the person from the particular dept. It will be ANOTHER HUMAN RESOURCE WORKER although you're told the day before that you'll be interviewed with the supervisor of that particular dept!

WASTE OF TIME! BOTH ask you LONG and interrogative questions such as "Explain how you handled a difficult customer", "Are you loyal? Explain a situation where you demonstrated your loyalty." and other things like that! That's not the problem!

The problem is the DECEPTION having people think you'll be interviewed with the dept supervisor but with a human resource worker instead! If you know about the hotel employment routine, you know that they are the MIDDLEMAN that can make or break your chances in seconds based on personal views or mood for the day! Most of the times you know you got the job when you're fowarded to the dept supervisor on the same day, pass the drug and criminal background check.

If you're told by the Human resource worker that your application will be forarded to the dept, most times you won't have the job! They are LYING, they do the choosing! I could have went some where else today, but wasted my time going to this crap! I picked going here because the hotel is more established!

So instead of being interviewed by the dept supervisor like I was told the day before, it was from ANOTHER human resource employee! A blond woman who told EVERYONE attending the application process on yesterday, that she'll "forward the application" and "give her a call if you don't hear anything!"
Just be warned!!!!
