Riverbank Smog Station fraudulent ripoff business Tampa Florida

My Son purchased business property with owner financing. The owner sold the loan to Ocwen Federal Bank. The mortgage payment was never 30 days late and has never been 30 days late.

In May of 2003 he mailed his payment. After the loan was showing 30 days late, Ocwen Federal Bank called and said payment was not received.

I immediatley went to my Sons bank and stopped payment on the check and wired the money from his bank.

Today June 11, 2003 a Notice of Default was received.

If there are other of you out there that are putting together a class action suite, we will be there with you.

It looks like this Ocwen Bank is just trying to steal property.
