Riverside County DCSS Riverside County Department of Child Support Services Destruction of an Armed Servicemember Riverside, California

Riverside allowed a non resident to file for child support in 2001. She had been in the state of California literally 3 days and was a resident of the state of Florida a day previously. I was a servicemember protected by the Soldiers and Sailors Act stationed in Florida, but regardless of the Federal laws written, Riverside DCSS pursued with this and destroyed my career(I'll explain more later). A letter from my Commanding Officer stating when i would be on deployment on specific dates was sent to Riverside asking the court to wait till i return ,yet they had the hearing without me or appointed representation , which the SSCRA demands is mandatory. So during September 11 2001, a date we all know too well, i was serving my country and Riverside had a hearing without me/rep and started garnishing my wages! 4 months later, i was found unfit for duty and was medically separated, since i completely "lost it" after that happened.
I hired a lawyer in FL, filed for divorce and assumed all is over with, spending another year off and on in hospitals trying to keep my sanity. She literally abducted the 19 month old child from my father's house traveled across-ed state lines with him, which is a felony and drove to CA because she knew the laws there are, well .... you know.I came home to a bag of dirty laundry, that is it, no note or explanation nor any idea where they went. A decade rolls by with no word from them or the plaintiff(ex wife) and boom, last year ( Feb 2011) they start garnishing my wages again and said i owe $86000 in arrears with yet again no hearing or my rights adhered to. They garnish an additional $10k from me , now my disability check since i am Unemployable due to the Traumatic experience from 10 yrs ago. We finally have a hearing Feb 2012 and the court ordered the arrearages vacated and all garnishments paid back. Of the $10000+ they took , Riverside only paid back $1700 and derogatorily marked all 3 of my credit reports. I lost two more assets to pay for lawyer bills so my grand total losses are close to $26000+ 12 yrs of military service i was hoping to achieve/have a career. The Judge also stated she had committed perjury a total of 4 counts but that went no where, i believe  to "protect the reputation of the judge from 10 yrs ago".
Here is the REAL kicker! Riverside has yet again backed up this proven liar and fraud and  is now seeking a lawsuit against me for the same vacated child support using the same closed case number. Noone has yet to even prove that this child is mine. Unbelievable!!!!
