Riverside CPS Michelle Butcher social worker, marcia social worker my lawyer anastacia Lied and Never returned my boys Riverside county California

 I was transistioning so kids dad ask if our 2 boys can stay with him and his girl for 2 months til my papers from section 8 come this was may 2015 so i said ok. I only dealt with Dad name Sesar Uxxxx.  well CPS showed up at the fathers house with detectives said got a emergency response call. They found drugs and both dad and his girlfreind Crystal Rxxxxxx appeared to be on drugs. They went to jail. my son LIL SESAR JR who is 13 called me while druving with social worker who comes out to emergency response calls, sesar jr explauned what happened and said dad and crtstal webt to jail and hes in car wuth social worker today. i forgot her name sge told him to tell me shell call me in a but she was driving. my son who was 11 at the time was also in car with them. the social never called me til 4 am saying she had a problem getting my number right. not true because sesar jr my son gave it to her before they left the house. we were calling everywhere looking for kids couldnt get ahold of them at all we called all over riverside county. my son said she had the number correct he made sure.

well 4 am she calls tells me she had a problem with my number but all of a sudden gets it right at 4 am hmmmmmm ???? yeah ok. social tells me she pkace my 2 boys with a familey in riverside coynty somewhere because she couldnt cobtact me. Not true i was talking to mt son back and fourth drivimg with social worker. my son kept saying shes gonna call you. never did til 4am. she also said dads girfreind told her i was struggling and having problems with drugs i explained not true and i never had a conversation with crystal only big sesar kids dad so thats not true and at the time i was in transition not struggling. the socal worker talked to my 31 year old daughter where at the time i was helping her with my 3 grandkids while she had sergury my daughter mary taljed to her sge asked if i was on drugs because crystal told her that my daughter said no shes not. so social worker ask me to vusit kuds in morino valley on saturday and if woul be willing to take a hair folicle drug test on monday at court. i said well yes you already have my kids. my sons had cell phones where textung me thet were scared to death. i was assuring them everythings gonna be ok.

They hid boys phones and we vusited them that saturday in moreno valley at mc donalds they cried ans wouldnt stop. we had court on monday i was ready for the test hair folicle or any test to get my boys and they told me at court if i pass the hair folicle test and the house visit passes then boys can come back home with me which they lived with me all their life. dad just got out of jail did close to 3 yrs i never new dad or crystal was on drugs so the courts gave boys to aunt nancy dads sister until my test and house visit comes back. well not cool the social worker told me to call the clinic where i live which was adelanto calif. at the time. i called clinic the said they have to order the folicle kit they dont have any abd it would take few days or so well took longer then few days before they called me and said i can come to test. i was vey upset because best interest of a child is parents then family i did my part and theres plenty of other test. in the mean time i explained to social worker i just want and need my kids. its all i know the social didnt care made me wait then took another 10 days for test to come back and i felt sad and discourage. so now new sicial worker michelle butcher came to house visit interviewed me and my house michelle told me my hair folicle test came back negative all 15 test and then she trucked me into taking a cotton swab drug test before she left i explained its not court order i know my rights and refuse the test, but took it anyways to prove again im not on drugs. well i passed all 5 test.

well we went to court for the outcome of house visit and test was ready for court the kids social worker michelle said house passed but needed more furniture untrue all i needed was couchs we had everything else that we needed. they were trying there best to not send boys home with me. michelle kept saying all i have is a blowup bed untrue we only needed couches. the just said what do you mwan mom is a fit parent she passed all test send kids home with mom next they used that i told them i got my section 8 approved abd i was plannibg to move july 1st 2015 so they dont want kids moving around so leave with nancy the aunt until july 1st they had 2 weeks leftt of school til summer break .i never said i was movibg by july 1st because u didnt receive my section 8 voucher til 9th of july. so untrue wel i had unmonitored visits and weekend overnights until then wich means i had to leave my house to stay with a freind in rowland heights to visit kuss 3 times a week well from adelanto wouldnt happen to far and car problems at the time so i stayed in rowland height did my visits and caught dad at applebees with crystal and my boys also with nancys 2 kids unmonitered wuch was court order for him not for me and it was on my visitin day abd time. i started crying cuz now nancy the bots aunt who they were staying with in la puente temporaily she was texting my mom sayibg my boys dont want to come back with me thats not true. i asked them and they told me it was untrue.

so next day my daughter mary called michell social worker to tell her about kids with dad unmonitored well michell told everyone to mind our own busuness then a week later nancy said kids can stay overnight weekend it was ok social worker told ger but my birthday july 3 and dads july 4 i was willing ti share them so they can see dad on 4th of july for his birthday. well on 3rd of july i had my boys and grandson my birthday we went to chuckie cheese before we were gonna leave i went to change baby and pyt water in my van they ask me for more money while i did that so i gave them money and when i came back from changing baby and using bathroom i couldbt find my boys. so happen dad was at his moms where aunt nancy lives he was going back to riverside called before he left and lil sesar wanted to go with his dad wich would be unmonitered and would be 4th of july his birthday. they came got boys real quuck and a week later nancy called new social worker marcia and lied told her i left my boys alone at chuckee cheese it was untrue well theres to much more i never got my boys and so stressed my lawer from court never returned my calls .
