I have never in my life been treated so d**n crappy after spending 15,000
dollars at this place in less then three months I was spending the weekend there and My sister and I were having a great time she finally talked me into playing Craps we had never played and since it was very late and no one was at the table we thought it would be a good time to learn.....

Well we walked up and made it clear we just wanted to learn the game and take it slow the first two dealers got that and helped us out and was teaching us sorta how to play And Then Walks in The Cooler.

My sister immediatly wanted to leave since he just had that really yuckky Vibe I was so intoxicated and was just trying to figure out what was going on My Sister and Jaun from Puerto Rico were arguing he had grabbed her dice and handed them to her in his hand she said she wanted new dice he was not supposed to touch her dice that is what the stick was for well I start noticing he is grabbing my chips and making bets for himself so i questioned the pit boss and he just laughed it off meanwhile the dealer is telling my sister to spank him and so on she was so upset she was like you just need to shut your mouth stop talking well the perv kept it up and I noticed all my chips are gone 200 bucks in 20 mins with that Crappy dealer and he was laughing at us cuz he just robbed us and I new it was useless to try to do anything at the time since I was drunk and my sober sister feeling like she just got raped it was so bad

The next day i let the people working in the host office what had happened well they send me to talk to Steve Willett the gaming manager he gives me a voucher for a dinner for two and thought that would be it I let him know that I could buy my own dinner I had spent a lot of money there and I wanted this guy fired he said he would review the tape well we filled out there incident reports and could not understand why I would be so unhappy I just got Robbed insulted and on top of that I had played so much there i had comp rooms well they took all my Comps and charged me 60 bucks for the phone that they removed off of my credit card WTF that place is a SHAM u never win anything there and they treat you as if you are some inconvienance I made it clear I didnt want Money I wanted that man canned and the pit boss suspended Nothing but drama and they act like you are a bother screw them OH YA he viewed the tape I think a lawyer needs to view it next that should get there attention....
