Riverwind Casino Chickasaw Nation Discrimination, mental, emotional, sexual harassment, stalking. Switching poker drop boxes for years.+ Norman, Oklahoma

In 2006, I became the victim of racial discrimination, and more, while working for the Chickasaw Nation Tribe. I was in line for a promotion: from floor supervisor to pit-boss. Just before the opening of the Riverwind casino, the "tribe" popped a surprise, unconstitutional drug test. One of my co-equals, a Chickasaw tribal member, failed the unconstitutional drug test and was subsequently fired.

About thirty days later, my co-equal was hired back. Not only was he hired back, but he was hired back with a promotion to pit-boss. No one had an explanation for me, as their jaws dropped. I however, would not get a promotion, though most of my other fellow workers did receive a promotion. Everyone became tight-lipped after that. 

This was their first, unprovoked attack against me. I worked for this tribe for six years; holding to all the hope that I had that someone would answer my question: why? Nobody did. Instead, things went downhill.

This is the first report of hundreds to come. Not only did I face racial discrimination, but I also faced mental, emotional, and sexual harassment. I was also being stalked. I also witnessed the fact that in the poker room, the drop boxes in the tables were switched. I will come out with this, and more, in separate reports.
