I got a letter from a law office of Mitchell N. Kay today atating that I owe Fingerhut $61.41. I don't know anything about this because I have never ordered anything from them. I may have visited their web site but I repeat I never ordered from them.
I called them and only got a recording about how to pay this balance off. All of their options they have on their phone take you to recording. After being on hold for 3-4 minutes it sounded like someone picked up then I was cut off without a word. So I called back and got the same.
If this is how they run their business they should be shut down. If other businesses ran theirs like this no one would ever visit the web again.
