I received a "bill" for collection on "Previous Creditor Account #", 530140092300267; RJM File Number, 1007926343 for $3,732.09.

I was given two "opportunities" as to the terms of repayment: #1 offered a "40% discount" if I agreed to make 10 payments of $223.93, for a total of $2,239.25. Then my "account will be satisfied in full"; #2, "If you cannot take advantage of opportunity #1, RJM Acquisitions LLC is pleased to accept $60.00 per month until the balance due of $3,732.09 is paid"

The first and last two numbers of my social security number appear on this document. It also states: "These two offers are valid through February 25, 2006.
