I had a bad experience this weekend. My adult daughter brought a car from them, and drove off the lot. The next morning she was all upset because she did not understand the terms of the deal. I went with her to RK and the manager treated me like crap and started to tell me how I should behave with my daughter. Someone should put these people out of business.

A profesional sales manager would have taken the time to explain the situation to me and my daughter, instead he created a "division".

Well RK got there money and judging by the complaints I have read over the internet, this happens all the time.

I deserve to be treated better than this.

My Kline got personally involved with this situation and worked with my family. He made personal contact with me and worked with my daughter. I am more than satisfied with how he treated and responded to the situation.
