I was contacted by ProActive legal services out of the blue. They explained that they could modify my home loan. They send me documents to sign and made it look all nice and legit, but  what I found out: California Senate Bill 94, enacted into law on Oct. 11, 2009, makes it illegal in California for any person or business to demand, charge, or collect any advance or upfront fee for loan modification work or services.  For me it was too late.

 Since I have already paid two installments of 1037.00$ to D'Arco Financial Services, I am now forced to try and get them to refund my money. Pro Active Legal Services, Rodney Alcorn, RMA Legal Services, PLNLegalNetwork.com rmalegalnetwork.com are all shell companies associated to Rodney Alcorn ESQ.

My advice is not to trust them with a loan modiification, do not pay them for anything regarding a loan modification, they are breaking the law by charging for this service. 

If anyone knows the actuaries involved with D'Arco Financial Services, I would be interested in their contact info so I can pursue my collection efforts.
