And yes, the word 'interview' is used many times during the call.
An ethical company would:
1. Not use Monster to lure unemployed 'victims' into paying for services at a time when they can least afford it.
2. Use other marketing means and clearly state when people call that there is NO job opening at the company, and also clearly state you expect the 'victim' to pay you for services you claim to provide, and
3. Would not have as many entries on Ripoff Report as this company does.

Companies make mistakes but normally a reputable company would take the high road. They would not normally attack the person making the mistake but express their apologies that they misunderstood what was occurring.

And besides, who advertising on a job placement board to have "meetings" with someone? It's like a straight guy drinking at a gay bar and them complaining how every there kept hitting on him and assuming he was gay.

If you in fact had read the Ad on Monster for Operations Manager, you would have been FULLY aware of RMC International being a Full Service Career Management and Marketing Firm. However, you chose NOT to do your due diligence when submitting your resume to RMC.

Never, when calling is the word "interview" uttered. RMC conducts meetings NOT interviews. You again chose to ignore what was spoken or in front of you.
