I ordered a kids labcoat in november with 2-3 day shipping. It came in 12 days and was not what I ordered.
I returned coat following their instructions. I received no money back-complete run around claiming they sent the correct one. 38 days later all I have received from them was a letter applogizing for inconvience but it was my fault for not being patient.
I ended up ordering from their competitor mylittledoc. It was received in two days-beautiful gift for my nephew.
Never-Never- shopping online with out reading custmer reviews first.
