RMS receivables management soultions sent me 2 bills in the last month first one said original creditor Camco Associates #2 left out Camco, #1 and #2 had a client of RJM acquisitions Funding
Neither of which i hear good about The original bill is 3710.84 (never had a loan in 1997) but if i pay now they will except 1298.79 pretty good pay day for someone for something i never had in the first place
I didnt pay it though and will not, next step is to head to clerk of courts in the morning

These guys are another scam operation closed down by the federal authorities

sCAMCO was closed down by the federal authorities in December 2004. They were a collection agency so they were never any original creditor for anyone. A few months after they were put out of business, their receivables were sold to RJM, another collection agency. You can send a request for debt validation and a cease and desist order to them by registered mail and they should leave you alone. When you file your complaint with your local court, be sure to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commision. The FTC has an online form. Good luck
