Road Loans - Triad Financial ripoff No better than loan sharks Huntington Beach California

What others have said about these "bottom feeders" was too kind. They are a bunch of arrangant SOB's. Case in point, they changed my due date from the 21st of the month to the 1st without my written or verbal consent back in january 2005. when I asked them to change it back, they said sure, if I made another payment. This would effectively give them 3 payments in 30 days from me.

They call every day several times a day. I must be the only customer that owes them money. When I make a payment through their website, it clears my bank the same day. It takes them days if not weeks to recognize the payment. In the interim, the calls continue even when I provide a confirmation number.

I extended my contract (bas idea) for 2 months. well, now the website always shows at least 2 payments due.

The last straw for me is the call me before 8 AM and after 9 PM to harass me. They even obtained my cellphone and wifes cellphone numbers. I have requested in writing at least 3 times for them to stop. They "claim": they can continue, until I request it ion writing as they "never" received my previous requests.

There is an Attorney in LA Alexander great name huh), who has been fighting Triad. Contact them at (and no I'm not getting paid for this). Do a google search .

Stay Away from Triad and Road Loans.

As an FYI, I believe they were bought by ford Motor Credit, so they deserve some blame as well!!
