Roadmaster Ripoff! I bought a 2005 Roadmaster Cargo Trailer, The trailer leaked and caused damage to equipment Goshen Indiana

I purchased a 2005 roadmaster trailer which was manufactured by Roadmaster. The trailer had several leaks and was fixed by the local dealer, However while the trailer had leaked I had some equipment which was in the trailer damaged by water.

I called Roadmaster and spoke to Larry Weaver. I had told Mr. Weaver the problem and he told me that what insurance is for. After turning everythign over to my insurance, I was faced with my insurance premium being raised.

I was faced with paying for the equipment out of my pocket to replace the equipment for my Business. I had then called Mr Weaver back and told him I fleat this was unfair and he told me he would call me back after speaking to his boss, I had not heard anything from Mr Weaver, I have called and left him sveral voice mails to have him call me back and he has failed to do so.

I was intrested in just having them pay for the damage to the equionent but now I want everything in the trailer replaced that was damaged, including the wall, the floor, and the equipment that was damaged.

I had asked Mr Weaver about having the wood reaplced he told me that they wouldnt replace it just fix the leaks. So I guess I have to haul around a trailer that looks very bad when people look inside it cause of the elaks it had.
