Had provided contract work for this company and didn't get paid for the job provided. Josh Roberts is in charge of the Southeast division. After I did home improvemet work to one of there investment homes, never got paid for the job completed. They owe me (2855.00) for the work I done. Josh Roberts the unprofessional team leader as they call him, takes his time when paying  vendors,plus pays them in cash and takes money off the top for work that has to be paid for. He thinks he is getting over on the people who does the work for this company, but once this is reported full circle ,things will come to the surface.

After reading this post. it's comical for one they talk about using only my first name. When he used my full name in the post. Now lets talk about slander, saying that I showed up at the work site drunk. If I was irresponsible why would I have a account at Home Depot to buy material for the projects I worked on. To this date I was not paid buy this group (2855) which they owe me to this date. Legal action is in the works, because on a lien ,you don't get paid until the house is sold or refianced. I reached our to Mr. Fuller and another person located in Georgia. They just said, I will look into it. I have all my receipts and all the text messages from Josh Roberts. It has been 6 months. All you have to do is make good on the money owed if you are a company that operate with intergrity. If you just want to beat people out there money and try to cover up with nonsense. For  a Multimillion dollar operation, how many others have your companies done this to. I just ask to make good on the contract or if the negative press on this company is worth it. To top it off, I am still waiting on my 1099 from the work that I done. My email is jswhit1964@hotmail.com for my contact information to forward payment, If not I will see you in small calims court.

Like every other free forum on the internet, it's easy to post a false claim against someone on a site like this, especially when you can just post your first name only.  Here is the truth, Josh Roberts is an independent contractor who performed work for us on a contract basis, he has never worked for ROI Property Group, but is rather his own entity.  He has a signed lien release waiver signed by Jay Whitfield as being paid in full for the work performed.  When we inquired about this concern, after being bullied and threatened by Jay Whitfield, we were told that Mr. Whitfield was fired for repeatedly showing up on the job site drunk.  It is our understanding that Mr. Roberts had to hire other subs to finish the job due to this circumstance.  ROI Property Group is among the largest providers of income producing properties in the United States.  We always strive to  hire only licensed, bonded and insured contractors allowing us and our clients to have a level of insulation from these types of claims.  Using Builder Trend Software which geotargets when a contractor or subcontractor is on job site, along with requirements of before, during and after pictures have protected us against false claims numerous times.  Paying jobs in draws and only after work has been inspected is another way we protect our investors from dishonest contractor business practices.  If he had a legitimate claim, he could have filed a mechanics lien to get his money.  Jay does not have a legitimate claim so he filed on this site to slander my good name.
