SELLER BEWARE rob lucente AND his wife will hire your company.. lie about you and everything you did. then refuse to pay. cancel credit cards on you and then threaten you!! Rob is a real piece of work! very rude and very 'entitled' attitude and b**** wife. watch out for her shes even more entitled and two faced then he is at least he will be a d*** to your face. thanks buddy i didnt get a cent for all the work i did in your house because you refused to pay my company you left THE LITTLE GUY SCREWED. You pay for a ten dollar job and expect a 100$ job. but thats ok karma is a b****. you should be embarassed ill never forget you and i will never stop telling people what the two of you did to me and my co worker! THANKS AGAIN ROB.

First off, franchise owner, Paul E. Slaney Jr. of The Cleaning Authority in Norfolk, MA is the biggest liar and "bait and switch" con man in the area. Came to our house, professed to have the best house cleaners, products and that he paid extra for "quality" workers. Couldn't be farther from the truth. The house "cleaning" could have been done better by a group of preschool aged children using chalk dust. Then, we call Paul to come over and inspect the awful job done and surprise...no return call after several hours. His crew came back and apologized for the subpar work and she told us that she was distracted with a "combative employee"...which is great to hear that a combative employee was in our house. Paul finally answers a call from my wife (who Paul so eloquently calls a b**** in the above post...keep it classy, Paul) and he apologizes and says we wouldn't be charged because he knew how bad his crew worked. Then, in a total classless move, posts this ridiculous complaint about me and my company which has nothing to do with this residential cleaning! Shame on you, Paul. Do not use The Cleaning Authority of Norfolk, MA and do not trust Paul E. Slaney Jr at all. Said it before in my email to him when he wouldn't call me back...terrible job, terrible company, terrible owner.
