Robbie Reid did not pay me for my services and he knows it.  He is a snake.  Robbie Reid sold his house in Golfito, Costa Rica on Jan 31, 2013, directly to the client I first registered and then brought to him, and with the buyer saying that he needed to pay me too.  Instead he went shopping for the cheapest attorney he could find to close the deal as quietly as possible, and then split with all the money, instead of paying the real estate commission due.  What a total scum bag!!!  If anyone doubts what I say, respond to this report and I will send you copies of the e-mails registering the client with him, who he then sold it to.  And, I'll send you his and the client's subsequent e-mails too....  Robbie Reid is just a miserable scum sucker who would rather rip off a hard working little guy who was working on good faith, and who did the job, than to pay what he knows is due. 

When I asked Robbie Reid about it right after the closing, expecting to be paid, he then says that he needs to ask his attorney about if he has to pay me?  Seriously!  Why do you have to ask your attorney, Robbie Reid???  Hey Robbie Reid, just because you f**ked me at the closing does not relieve you of your obligation to pay me, no matter what your attorney says. 

I am sure his attorney explained how difficult it would be for me to collect through the costa rican court system, so he decided that he is simply not going to pay for my services because he thinks he can get away with it.  What kind of a scum bag businessman actually has to pay their attorney (assuming he paid him that is) to tell them what THE RIGHT THING TO DO IS???

Robbie Reid knows what a scum ball he is for doing this, and that he f**ked me and tried to hide it.  What a poor excuse for a man...  Robbie Reid is certainly not the southern gentleman he tries to pretend to be.  Get anything you do with Robbie Reid in writing, and any money held in trust/escrow, or you will be writing to RipOff report as well.  Not that I think Robbie Reid would respect that either, but maybe it would help, because Robbie Reid is certainly not a man of honor.  Do some checking and you will see that I am not the first person who has had a similar problem with Robbie "the rip-off" Reid.  Hey Robbie Reid, sorry you are so broke that you needed all the money so bad that you had to screw me over, and I really hope those few extra dollars you got from screwing me and my kids over will help you sleep really well.
