I did UPW--Mostly a sales pitch for other programs but there was some useful info; not original material as he admits, but still useful.

My issue with the Robbins Research group is that when I signed up for Coaching at approx. $580 a month for a total of approx. $5800 --the first "free" coaching session was a pitch to buy the coaching. I had one coaching session by the assigned coach (also should be free since I bought another product that came with a free coaching session in addition to the 1st promised free session...) the guy was trying to help but not really having me convinced he could help me, but he had a nice voice and certainly a nice guy. I explained the situation, that I might cancel and do DWD instead.

My issue is that my assigned mentor (Kelly) person called me to convince me to sign up for DWD and I could only do one or the other so she promised to make an exception and let me out of the coaching contract so that I could do the DWD seminar (obviously she wanted to look good and get her comission. etc.)

I talked to the coach and 1st coach and told them the situation, that I was canceling according to the mentor's OK.--Then a month or two later I start getting emails from the coach as if I didn't tell him that I had cancelled.

Well I still got billed for $580 a month for coaching, but on top of that I was being triple billed $580 per month so $1740 per month--basically from Nov to May and no amount of calls or emails got a response. Kelly on the phone would say she'd take care of it but nothing would be taken care of or refunded and then she went MIA for 6 months while I was being billed like a house fire.

Luckily my credit card company refunded most of it but it was a severe headache of submitting paperwork and proof of my email communications 3 times a month-- basically every month for half a year--and it wasn't until 6 months later until I got most of the refund.

Kelly touched base to try to sign me up for more crap a after her MIA period --about a year after she went MIA.

I won't get into the issues I had about DWD and certainly there are some benefits but the lying and triple billing and not responding or correcting it is more than annoying. All and all, I paid $580-780+ for my first sessions that were supposed to be free and was only a sales pitch to sign up for the coaching, besides the rest of the mess.

So yeah, don't believe anything they tell you unless it's in writing and use a credit card with a good refund polcy, and don't spend your life savings on this stuff. What they offer you can find cheaper and with less headaches and hard sells, not to mention Tony is making trillions off each program while paying 99.9 % of his staff absolutely nothing.
