Robert Abrams of RSEI (aka R & S Energy International Corporation) is the kind of person that makes the Secondary Oil Trade Market look bad.
As a proclaimed reseller of various petroleum products, we offered him D6 Residual Oil from Venezuela. After receiving the CI, he did not sign it. Instead, he farmed it around on the internet as if he had title on it. Then, even though the seller selling the fuel had title, he attempted to circumvent them and go directly to their source to try to buy through them.
To top it all off, he blamed the seller's agent for everything he did, not even taking responsibility himself. The offer was 100% real. We know this because he had it dipped.
Since then, the offer has been retracted from him. He continues to offer it to people even though he has no rights or title to it, most likely as a scheme to find new buyers. Even after having been asked and warned 3 times to stop this unprofessional behavior, he continues to fraudulently market D6 that does not belong to him.
Bottom line: he is a dishonest person and should never be dealt with unless you would like your reputation to be seriously destroyed. He has no respect for anyone and ROBERT ABRAMS SHOULD NEVER DO ANOTHER DEAL AGAIN.

The person making this complaint misrepresented the quality and location of the D6 as we were told that it was virgin material FOB Maracaibo, Venezuela in tanks. She then forwarded obviously without reading a commercial invoice with an inspection certificate that showed it was recycled material, not virgin; and that it was located in a pit not in tanks. She further demanded 25% pre payment, balance upon loading. We rejected the transaction because of quality and it being in a pit where there was no way to determine the amount or control the safety and integrity of the product. We would never attempt to buy or sell such a product and have no interest in recycled Material in a Pit in Venezuela. We did attempt to contact the Seller to obtain the truth, which was significantly lacking from the self "proclaimed" re-seller. People who are unable to operate in the professional Oil business should not waste every-bodies time and money, and then when they are discovered publish fraudulent claims on the Internet.
