Robert and Constance Kwake B and C electric Slum Lords, Liars, DO NOT RENT FROM BOB AND CONNIE Palo Cedro, California

Im about to tell you of our torturous year we spent at address: 1251 Harpole Road, Redding ca. Upon meeting Robert Kwake, He seemed to an exceptionally nice man, He toured my mother and i around his home in palo cedro, Showed us all his classic cars, ect.. we paid 1200 a month for a 4bd 2 bath house with pool, We paid ALL utilities. We adored the home, It was our dream. Or so we thought

We moved into 1251 Harpole Thanksgiving day, Problem number starts december 3rd. The entire plumbing system had backed up. Feces and the night befores dinner was coming up in our showers. Bob sends out a plumber, Who then says we will always be faced with plumbing issues due to short lines. 

Due to the rancid algea pool, that was covered in that back. Mass amounts of frogs were habbitating it, They had laid eggs and there were tadpoles swimming around in the pool. At night trying to sleep was almost impossible due to the echoing loudness of the mass amounts of frogs.

Bob then was wanting to uncover our pool very early- Mid feburary to start getting it in order for the summer. He then started showing up EVERYDAY at 7:00am, 7:30am, 7:45am to check the pool and dump ridiculous amounts of unknown chemicals in. WE NEVER HAD A SINGLE "24hr notice" THE ENTIRE TIME WE LIVED THERE.

He had to open a gate, Walk past MY window in which we had no curtains, So we would be forced to hide under our blankets because we were watching bob walk around our backyard as we lie their nude. At times he would send over strange men i had never even seen before, and we would wake up to strangers in our yard.

Bob was having a tough time getting the pool clean, He would coninuously drain it halfway and then would want us to re-fill it. That was fine the first 4 times, when the water was on filling the pool,  the house's water pressure was greatly reduced. It would take half a day to refill the pool. The filter of the pool sounded like it a had gravel in it. It would make such a loud noise at night, that were starting to get complaints from neighbors.

Bob statred becoming aggresive when we started getting on him about 24 hour notices, and fixing all the needed to be fixed around the home, He cheaply fixed it up and a lot was going wrong. He would go rogue on us, So we would have to send him certified letters. The few times we would answer he would literally hang up on us. 

After recieveing astronomical water/electric bills we really got him. He finally drains the whole pool and come to find out there was an inch of sand on the bottom of the pool. Instead of putting the sand in the filter, some idiot dumped it all in the pool, which then clogged the fliter, So the entire time we had been paying these insane bills FOR NOTHING. The pool also has a crack in it, and lost water radpidly everyday. 

He had drained the pool so many times that it killed part of the lawn in the back. He also dumped all the sand he pumped from the pool onto my lawn and left it. His "pool" man let our dogs out twice.

Then our swamp cooler flooded our entire attic. From end of the house to the other. Their were frisbee sized water pockets forming in the walls, We called bob again. Him and his WIFE show with a strange man, And without even asking us his wife Constance "connie" Starts going from room to room swinging open every door she could find looking for an attic crawl space, She even through open my personal closet door without even asking me. Bob brings in an industrial ladder and a pool bucket, Pops a water pocket in our halway, then leaves both the huge ladder and bucket in out house.

Next day at 8am theres a Knock at the door, its bob and a STATE FARM agent, they walk around my home and then they both leave. Then 2pm rolls around there another knock on the door. This time its Serv- Pro wanting a key to the home and asking if we were ready to vacate. We were left in the complete dark. We had two dogs and could not afford to just pack up and go stay at a hotel for a week.

We handed over the key and told them just work around us. This happended at the end of August, My mother is a severe asmathic and also has cancer, She was forced to go in and out of her bedroom window to get in and out of the home. 

The work was just not getting done, Its Mid September at this point. Cant get ahold of bob so we are forced to call the city of code. Low and behold Bob calls, Wants to know if who we talk to was Debbie from code. and it was, How did he know that we talked to her? Then as im  pulling out of our drive way bob and connie drive in right behind me block me in and ask me to unlock my house to show them the  mold.

Connie was all smiles to my mom and i the driveway, As soon as i unlock the door for them her face changes and she looks at me and says ver batem " You know, The city is VERY mad at you guys for calling them". Im wondering why would the city be mad? they havent even seen what were talking about. So i assumed that was Connie's method of scaring us into not calling code again. As soon as i got back in the car i told my mother what connie had told me, She became so upset that she called Debbie from and asked if they were indeed mad with us. Debbie just brushes us off..ohhh nooo we didnt say that at all...

The day code is supposed to show up, Serve pro also is there with about 3 guys on my driveway and bob is also out with the men. My moms window was open at that time, we here Debbie pull up and as she gets out she goes "heeeey Bob" how did she know who bob was? There were four men on our driveway. Then we hear then all laughing, We felt like we should have been serving tea and crumpets. Another woman shows up after Debbie and they walk out to the pool. The one woman is appalled when she sees the pool and Debbie took everything she said and would brush her off as well..

Turns out Bob and Debbie know eachother. No wonder

We are now without any cool air in triple degree weather, So we call bob and he tells us just to trun back on the water to the swamp cooler and let it do what its gonna do (Basically trying to fraud his insurance). We said absolutey not  because water was leaking out of a fixture in our hall and we were afraid of a fire. The next day a grey haird man enters our backyard and said that bob told him to come get the spicket to the water for the swamp cooler.. Why did he come and take that????

My mother stated becoming extremely ill, as did i. Her nose started bleeding and she found out she had a blood clot, I had taken some pictures of what i thought i was mold growing inside the swamp cooler and outside up the wall where he took the spicket. A doctor over looked my pictures and he told us that we both had classic signs of Mold Contact and that we needed to get out of the home until it was fixed.

We of course could not afford to just pack up and move. My mother had contacted state farm to see if a claim had been fiiled for us AND NOTHING. JUST BOB had a claim filed. Tom Augustine at state farm was extremely rude very time we spoke with him, He told us that bob had several accounts with them. We recieved a realease in the mail for 5,000 from state farm in which  we were forced to sign under duress, If we didnt get out of the house my mother would not be in good condition. This release was to not include any of the outside issues/ Like the pool we never used. 

Also through out the time we lived there, We had several instances where our cars were broken into, Bikes stolen, Flags hung in out yard had been cut, Our mail had been tampered with, We also would find cigarette boxex in our mailbox at times. Come to find out we were literally two doors down for an all boys group home. I had been approached by a hisapnic woman hysterically crying with a baby and she asked to use my phone. She used it for about 30 minutes and was having fight with her boyfriend on my phone. The next week im looking on shasta county mugshots, Low and behold there she is. For a FTA and a battery charge.

Then one day on twitter, A person sends my mother a random tweet saying " do you live at 1251 harpole? if so can you please help me? It was from a name that i had seen on pieces of mail that would occasionally still come to our house. We asked then what we could do and never got a reply

We decided to sue bob and connie for punitive damages. Bob and his sat in court and lied their asses off. They said we stole all his industrial equiptment that he would LEAVE at our home. What use would we have with 4 ladders, a lawn mower, leaf blower, in lake tahoe where we live now?

These two are crooks, Liars, And care about nothing but their wallets. Dont be fooled by fake front. You will severly regret doing buisness with them. They cheaply fix houses. And take absurdly long to fix if at all without dealing with bobs horrible attitude. 

I dont know if he just acts senile, But he will also pretend like he can never get ahold of you. He one time called my cell phone, and while on the phone with me ask's what number he can get ahold of me at. I hope this helps everyone. These people are crooks.
