We needed to renew two pathways and patio.  Builder Robert Beeton was recommended by neighbours because of the satisfactory work he had done for them.

His verbal quotation was reasonable and we decided to go ahead.  He carried out a thorough demolition of patio and pathways over a period of three days, leaving a pile of debris in front of the house and the rest as a building site.

He asked for an advance to buy materials to which we agreed.  Then complete silence ensued and he was uncontactable by phone or by any other means.

We have since had the rubble removed and the work completed by someone else.  Alas, we discovered too late that Rob Beeton plays such swindling games every now and then, as mentioned in previous "ripoff reports".
