I joined on 27 May 2003, I paid 55.95$ as registration fee, i posted 476 ads for which i have to get 0.15$ per ad. I was supposed to get payment every friday, i didn't get any amount. In fact I was told payment will be made on 20th june 2003. On 20th june mail came. It said robert has decided to close down the site for not having sales. Immediately i mailed Robert to refund my amount of 55.95$(registration fee) and also around 76.5$ for posting ads and responses received. But i did not get any reply from robert bell. i had no choice but to complain so that i could get my hard earned money back.

Robert Bell is BAD NEWS!

I've never been with Ad Execs, but know of several people who have.
However, I have had more than my fair share of run ins against Robert Bell and he's been nothing less than a manipulative, threatening liar. He takes advantage of people at every given opportunity, wins their trust over in the beginning and then pulls the rug out from under them when they least expect it.
Oh, and heaven forbid if someone should make the mistake of standing up to this guy! He goes into retard mode with ridiculous threats and accusations that are untrue and unfounded.
This guy has been listed in the BBB as bad news as he's got unresolved issues with consumers listed in there.
I know of people who've actually tried on several occasions to report Robert Bell right here on the Ripoff Report, but his name is associated mainly with the companies he's been part of. Ad Execs is just one of them.
