 He has not repaid not even 1 dollar as up Sep. 30, 2013. He has promised me again to pay back money he owed, but he got excuses.

A look at Robert's background and his many accomplishments clearly shows that he has been busy in charity world a long time.  I may have been too harsh in my earlier postings and wish to edit or delete them.  I do not see a place to delete my own postings and this ripoff site so I am trying to correct/update. Robert was trying to do a good work and we were friends and I tried to work together with him.  Many people lied to Robert about his charity event and he was not able to complete.  The investment and loan was to help make the charity concert work good.  I believe Robert is honorable and never quits and will make everything good one way or the other. 

To hear Rob's response here, many unsuspecting folks might actually believe in his feeble attempt at  diversionary tactics.  But that is all it is.  Just a game being played by a very small man who views himself as a big fish and who doesn't mind how low he stoops to take advantage of others.  How truly sad Rob.  In my opinion you really need to get professional help and stop feeding off the good hearts of good people.  You should turn your like around.  If you put half as much effort into actually doing some work as you do trying to mislead people you might actually be amazed how much good you could do for yourself and who knows, maybe even other...for once.

This Rober is claiming that he tried to repay me back, but

I like to ask him why his phone number is changed and not return my phone calls

and his web site is closed down and reopened as another charity web site and

why is his BMW is still sitting in my back yard that he promised to give me the

title to the vehicle? Oh, it was investment! Would someone like to see the text

messages he send to me, asking for money for his wifes school and crying that

he has to pay rent/ no food and on and on.How is these consider as investment

when I helped him in personal level. I have bank transaction showing same day

he bagging for money to survive not for the charity activities. Bottom line is

that I still didnt get any money back from him

Investors into the companies are issued Unit Purchase Agreements which detail the terms and understandings at the time of the investment.  The investment 20K was made into a LLC which was involved in specific humanitarian activities and fundraising.  Other funds provided were done as Promissory Note activities.  Public slander and defamation is not business like and illegal.  Many attempts were made to complete a workout agreement before threats were made, slander published and damage to personal property conducted.  If the reporter believes he/she has a claim please submit to known email addresses your willingness to submit to binding legal arbitration and legal department will make contact.
