Common problem and very simple...
On January 12th I won the bid for a Dell Latitude CPx laptop at dellauction.com I released funds of $772. to Robert Glover of Glover Enterprises, he agreed to send the computer to me on February 16th...then again on February 25th and then again on March 18th. Get the picture? After a month of unanswered phone calls and unread emails, I still have not been able to contact this guy.
After some research on my part I found out that he trades on the internet under- rgloverii through dellauction, and ebay and other sites.
Don't deal with this man, he is not trustworthy.
Dellauction.com has been equally unhelpful, showering me with form letters and get this, one representative called and told me to buy a laptop through the dellfinancial auction site at e-bay. Thanks you Dell, for your concern.
