The first thing you do when you realize you've fallen prey to a con artist is DENY IT! It couldnt possibly happen to you. Your too smart for that. But happen it did and not only to me, who has been dating this guy for the last year, but also to some very special friends and business associates.

I have been had, in a big way. To tally up the monies this guy has gotten from me alone or the bills he's left in his wake is unbelievable. Its $30k so far and everyday I am still counting. Unpaid bills from a business partnership are still coming in. Some have not been paid since December of 2005. This slimeball has even forged my name on my personal checking account.

He has scammed over $75K from a dear older couple who invested in properties in Columbia and even sold a guy a house he didnt even have a contract on. Needless to say, the house went up for auction on the court house steps and this guy is out a house and home.

When Daves scam started falling apart (my bank said my account was $9700. overdrawn)he scampered to Durham, North Carolina (at least thats what he told me) because his mom was supposedly sick and passed away a few days later. I believe he has a sister there. He told me he was coming back to Columbia but has not showed his face here in over a week. I don't look for him to come back as alot of people are looking for him. God help him when they catch up with him. The repo guy showed up today to get his white Cherokee jeep.

Thankfully I did not enter into contracts with him on most of these properties. I do not do business dishonestly and I dont steal money from unsuspecting victims. I am making sure all those I'm doing business with are protected.

Theres a chance he is heading back to Chattanooga. His (ex?) wife Mary has moved to Ohio from what I've been told. But everything this guy has said is suspect. When he gets caught, and he will get caught, he is going to prison. Our research has turned up numerous social securtiy numbers and bankruptcies.

There is a network of us looking for him and I personally will not stop until his face is plastered all over the news. If you have any information on this guy we would be glad to hear from you. No one should ever have to lose their home because of dishonesty.

I say we turn him inside out and roll him in a salt barrel.
